Rock House Farm raises 100% grassfed, grass-finished beef and Berkshire pork. Rock House Farm also works with a group of partner farms to provide USDA prime and choice beef and Cheshire pork. These partner farms maintain the highest standards of quality production and animal raising.

Established in 2005 in Leesburg, Georgia, Rock House is focused on unique, sustainably raised food products.

We opened Rock House Creamery in 2016 when we purchased the Johnston Family Farm, a family-owned and operated dairy since 1940.

We continue the tradition the Johnston family started more than 75 years ago – to offer the healthiest, tastiest dairy products to our local community.

Our People

Jessica Kennedy

Dairy Manager

A former dairy inspector for the Georgia Department of Agriculture with a degree from the University of Georgia in Dairy Science, our creamery manager knows her way around a dairy. A West Virginia native and mother of two, Jessica, has a passion for ag education and promoting family farms.

“I enjoy using the knowledge I have gained over the past 20 years to develop new dairy products, provide quality milk for the local community and educate the visitors about dairy products and farming.”

Brad Kelly

Farm Manager

Brad lives in Madison with his wife Larkin and their daughters, Martha and Deary. Brad is our resident gardener. Some people have a green thumb, he has a whole hand. You might find him at Farmview Market on a Saturday, managing the weekly farmers market, or driving a truck making wholesale deliveries, but his full-time gig is managing our farm operations – Rock House Creamery, the Garden at Broughton, and Rock House Farm in Leesburg, Georgia. Brad lives in Madison with his wife Larkin and their daughter, Martha.

Joseph Clark

Dairy Associate

Joseph is a doer and at the creamery, he makes life a lot easier. He’s usually quietly getting things done in the background and often, you may not even know he’s there, but his work is indispensable to keeping things running – from equipment maintenance to cleaning, to feeding and milking our most important creamery members, the cows.

Robin Adair Schick

CalyRoad, Cheese Program Manager

One of our newest additions to Rock House Farm & Creamery, Robin is the founder of CalyRoad Creamery, the award-winning artisan cheese making company created in 2008 and established in metro Atlanta. Robin has created a wide range of handcrafted cow and goat cheeses for her devoted customers, including her nationally recognized Bit O’Blue. She is a North Carolina native who resides in Dunwoody with her husband, Roland, and is the proud Mom of two sons, Jason and Logan.

“I am always amazed that one ingredient, milk, can be made into so many different cheeses! But the real joy is when one gets to taste the outcome after so many months of waiting and then share that goodness with others!”

Haley Gilleland

Manager Wholesale Foods

Haley grew up in a small town in South Georgia, and her affinity for agriculture came from visiting the family farm in Northwest Missouri and showing pigs in 4-H for eight years. Haley has a master’s degree in animal science from the University of Georgia and enjoys sharing the Rock House Farm and Creamery story with others while promoting Georgia agriculture.

Jeff Manley

President of Wholesale Foods

As a veteran and respected leader in the Agritourism industry, Jeff Manley has spent over 30 successful years committed to setting the standard for how to diversify and increase revenue for local farmers and their families through his love of agriculture and people.
